Kowa 883 with zoom eyepiece - Kowa 20-60x Zoom Spotting Scope Eyepiece TE-10Z

I purchased the zoom eyepiece and the Kowa 883 scope together and really consider it one purchase. It is the best scope I have ever used or tried and I've used Swars, Zeiss, Liecas, Nikons, Pentax, Celestron, Bushnell and probably some others I don't remember. The scope and eyepiece are mated easily with a positive catch to prevent accidental slip out of the eyepiece. The focus is smooth and positive and remains in focus when zooming in or out. The large (88mm) objective gathers a lot of light and that translates into great resolution. Edges are sharp. The best way to sum up the review of the scope and eyepiece is the word most people say after looking thru the scope - WOW.
