Most Helpful Positive Review Best See-Thru Scope Mounts on the Market
See-Thru scope mounts used to be more common than they are today. I use these on my Springfield Armory M1A Scout rifle. The M1A always had great open sights. Using this brand allows a long eye relief scope to be mounted while retain sight line of iron sights. These sights have four screws holding each scope attachment ring. Since the M1A recoils, four is good! Others on the market have only two screws. These mount to traditional Weaver-style base or Picatinny base.

Best mount

Purchased for use on a Ruger American Rimfire .22 WMR rifle. Used with Weaver bases as an alternative to using the grooved receiver Quik-Site mounts, of which I already had a set. Looks great without scarring the bluing on the rifle.

Best of both worlds

by Robbo, Verified Owner from NE, United States Written on October 7, 2014
These rings allow for using the scope at long distance and open sights when game appear in close. The wide field of view for the see-thru area makes for fast acquisition of target to avoid the hassle of finding game in scope when it is in close.
Pros:
  • None
Cons:
  • Must sight in both open sights and scope
