It was user error
I was looking for a way to edit or delete my previous review but couldn’t find it. I got an email from L2D with instructions on how to install it. I wasn’t clicking the front of the magwell OVER the front of the grip. Just a not to anyone getting this. When installing, catch the front of the magwell on the front lip of the gen 3 grip, then line up the back that fits into the lanyard part of the grip, then start pushing down on the back of the magwell to seat the rear part while keeping the front hooked on the front lip of the grip. cannot use the 10 rd mag.
It was nice addition and looks good to my Glock 19 but you cannot use your original 10rd mag. Ca compliant!
I called the manufacturer and find out that was the case. You have to use a more capacity mag.

Nice with slight modification!
This is a nice mag well for my G19 Gen 3. It fit my lower grip well. The problem that I encountered was that it would not allow my G19 Gen 3 ten round magazines to fully seat. I was able to make this mag well work with a little filing.
