Awesome Magazines.
Very well made, Lancer Smoke Body mags are a great way to keep an eye on your round count but still maintain some discretion.
They make excellent products, both standard mags and unique mags (like .510 Beck compatible) as well as their handguards.
Great company, quality magazines that will stand apart from your PMAGs or other brands.
Perfect for if you dedicate a type of magazine to a caliber (like .300BLK) or even a specific round (55gr vs 62gr vs 77gr)
The shorter mags are great for bench shooting, zeroing in, etc

Great construction
Crystal clear plastic with metal feed lips, doesn’t reliably seat with 5 rounds unless the bolt is open. Hunting regulations in my area limit me to 5 rounds so this is a solid choice for someone facing the same regulations!

Wanted a mag for precision shooting. You cant beat lancer quality.

Works well but not perfect
I love lancer mags. I typically use 30 magazines but I wanted a 20 rounder for a compact AR build. The magazine works well but won't activate the bolt catch on the last round. The mag still works great for zeroing rifles since the shorter mag fits better in a sled and doesn't hit the ground off of a bag.

Ruger American 350 Legend
We all know how bad the Ruger American 350 legend metal mag is, I bought this and shaved the 2 plasic ribs inside down with a Sawzall blade and sanded lightly. Functions perfect and smooth now. Sounds like the 300 blackout mag might work without doing this step but I haven't tried it yet. Only complaint is the mag has a little rattle but nothing terrible.

Fits great, but...
This magazine is very nice. It doesn't rattle in the mag well like the steel ones. It fits great but the only problem I had was I can only load 4 rounds to get it to seat fully. I have to load the 4 rounds, chamber a round, drop the mag and load the 5th round and reseat in the well. I don't know if anyone else has this problem or not. I am using a Wyndham Weaponry carbine with a 300 blackout upper...

- Can only load 4 of 5 rounds off 300 blackout to let magazine fully seat and lock into mag well.
