waste of money

Used these on a build that was a nice tight gun. After installing these it was sloppy and jiggly. Made an expensive gun feel cheap and poorly built. The tin coat is rough and damages the passages they slide in and are so short that they don't protrude far enough on the left side of the gun to get a positive push. The installation "tool" is a joke as well. + the springs are shiny.

CCP Knock off?

I bought the Ti set and they are NOTHING as shown. The longer front pivot pin is supposed to have a hole at the end to aid installing the detent and it's not there. Buyer beware.

Design has CHANGED! No longer enhanced!

I just ordered another set of these, since they used to be my favorite takedown pins. BUT their enhanced design, with the convenient channels cut in for easy install, ARE NO LONGER THERE. They reverted their design BACK TO ORDINARY TAKEDOWN PINS, with enlarged knobs. Now I'm looking at Strike Industries' Shift Takedown Pins as a replacement, with those same features I was promised with these...

Excellent high end pins

These pins are very lightweight yet excellent machining. Perfect fit into my custom AR lower. Really makes the receiver standout! Makes pulling the pins very easy. Gives the receiver that extra high-end elite look!
Overall superior to any other pins I have ever used across 7 AR builds. Will buy again for future builds.

the best pins

These pins are excellent! They have a special slot to walk the detent in and secure it to the lower. This is super helpful in preventing detents and springs flying out at 1400fps (it’s a joke)

Nice finish and design. It’s not too overwhelming oversized either. They look large in the photo but the heads of the pins are about the same size as your standard pins.

Installing these is VERY easy and quick.
