The Hype is Real - SUB MOA Out of the Box
I bought this upper because I have been hearing a lot of good things about the accuracy of Larue products. Historically I have owned cheap low grade uppers/barrels from companies like PSA & Troy. My skill level has increased to the point where I can outshoot a cheap AR, which was really getting frustrating especially at 300 yards. The price may be a little high on this product, but the workmanship and accuracy is second to none. I placed this upper on a Spikes lower and added a strike eagle 1-8x SFP scope. Larue upper
On sale got 12% off, canceled out the tax and then some. free shipping packaged very well. The item was in immaculate condition not a single blemish, fit very tight. I don’t think you will find a better deal than optics planet thanks again.

Larue match grade upper
Happy to see Optics Planet carry Larue items. Fit and finish unmatched. No case, look forward to heading to the range.

You dont get what was pictured
No HARD CASE,,,,, Bummer... only a cardboard tube.
As far as the upper goes, Top notch.. The bore looks to have polygonal rifling, maybe a hybrid of some sort??
I did take it out and shoot some Match ammo through it. I was able to get 1MOA of accuracy with a bipod, 5 shot groups, no Lead Sled.
Keep in mind I was only using a 4x LPVO, I definitely feel that the upper is more accurate than I was shooting it that day, at least with the glass I had.
One of my best 5 shot groups had 3 holes touching each other with the other 2 shots less than a 1/2 inch away. Right @ 1 inch group.
Again with an 8X scope I sure this upper will shoot a 3/4 inch group or less with Match ammo - handloads
Of course it likes 77 grain Norma ammo

I didnt get what was pictured
1st off, you do not get the hard case with the upper as pictures. Comes in a box with a cardboard tube.
With that said, your getting a Top tier upper. I borescoped the barrel, and it almost looks like it has polygonal rifling, not your traditional lands and grooves. The machine work to the BCG is perfect. There are no tooling marks at all. The upper fit my lower Wyndham arms
very tightly, absolutely no wiggle between the upper and the lower. Cant wait to shot it, I will update
