This system of "dry firing your pistol" is a very beneficial training tool, when you cannot train at the range, employing techniques such as point and shoot from various atypical positions, as well as careful aiming at your target, to evaluate trigger pull deviation of the shot. This training can be done anywhere such as from your office chair in your office or in your home, practicing self defense scenarios. the system comes with some small targets which"flash" when hit with the laser light.
