The system looks nice, set up was easy, but the optic sensor did not register my training pistol unless I put the red laser directly on the sensor or shot dead center low on the target. Even in the dark with fresh batteries the targets did not work correctly. The training modes did worked correctly as advertised, maybe I got a bad set.

My review is based on function, first off the original description is not clear as to what comes with the target system. The laser cartridge is sold separately. Second the unit will only work with a laser cartridge with a red IR laser dot, it will not respond to any other laser cartridge, I tried 2 others including a laser pointer placed on the target at 2 feet. Once I received their cartridge, which was a additional $100, I set the target system up and tried it. When the target is hit with the laser signal, it has illumination and can be set for sound. The illumination works fine, the sound beyond 10 feet can barely be heard. In my opinion it's way over priced based on other laser targets on the market.

I love these targets and have used them for teaching my whole family how to shoot, with Ammo so expensive its nice to be able to shoot a little each day without that $$ sound every time you pull the trigger. Awesome drills, random start time, able to put it all over the house. Really like it.

I dont like the fact that the targets have exposed circuit boards and no bottoms. THat sucks. I called the company and they confirmed thats the standard. I couldnt beleive it. So these are not meant for anything but your house or a nice clean garage.

Bought this system as a recommendation by other instructor. Best system so far. Great for dryfire, with the cost and scarcity of it, this system allows you to continue to hone your skills. I combine it with coolfire gas systems. Great tool.

Improved my accuracy in a very short time. I especially liked the different modes that you can select via small switches. Favorite is the random green go red no go feature. Would definitely recommend. Works exactly as advertised.

In some ways it’s better than some indoor ranges as you can practice hitting multiple targets and try to get faster. If one has a DA/SA pistol one can really practice the DA pull and given enough distance it’s good for accuracy as well.

This an excellent system to improve not only your accuracy, but quick target acquisition and trigger control. Would highly recommend this product. Great for training without leaving the comfort of your home.

The IMTTS has two major components — one or more intelligent target bases and either a Laser Ammo laser training pistol, or a compatible laser cartridge. The target bases can be used singly or in groups of up to 10 and each has four interchangeable target styles in sizes of three to five inches, which look just like the targets you probably use at the range. The target bases communicate with each other and can be used in five different modes: stand-alone, steel-plate, chase the ball, shoot/no-shoot, and double-speed shoot/no-shoot.

When the Laser Ammo Recoil Enabled AirSoft Laser (R.E.A.L.) Conversion Kit is combined with the Glock-like KWA ATP Adaptive Training GBB Airsoft Pistol, you have a system which is so close to being on the range you can almost smell the gunpowder. While the instructions state that the installation of the R.E.A.L. barrel might void your warranty, the benefits are worth it to me. Using green gas as a propellant, the ATP slide actually blows back with every shot. And since you are shooting a laser instead of pellets, the gun is safe to use just about anywhere in your house.
