Great product, even better customer service. - Laser Genetics ND-3AR All Weather Subzero Green Laser Designator

I love the ND3 line of products. I own the regular ND3 which is mounted on my .270 for hog hunting in North Texas. I recently picked up the ND-3AR Sub Zero for my suppressed .300 AR Blackout. Unfortunately, the ND-3AR SZ I got from Optics Planet was faulty. Not OpticsPlanet's fault, but still. The problem was this: You could unscrew the lens all the way out if you focused the laser too narrow. When in place, the entire lens piece would move in and out of the housing about 1/4 inch. I have to admit that I was very disappointed.

I happened to run across the GAMO booth at the NRA Annual Meetings in Nashville, where I asked about the situation. They assured me there was a problem and I should return it immediately to GAMO. I didn't want to do without it for what I thought would be a labored 4-6 week game of "telephone", but I just shipped it off and hoped for the best.

Less than a week after GAMO received the unit, I had my replacement. Not just one that was repaired, but a brand new one, sealed in the box, with ALL the accessories. This really restores my faith in "large company company service". I was very apprehensive about what could have been a messy problem, but was pleasantly surprised the quick turn-around.
