Laserlyte sight
I don't know why the catalog calls this a 'side mount' sight. It is not. It is a trigger guard mount that works well and is easy to install. The only disappointment is that it is really not a daytime sight. You can only see it for 50-75 feet in the sunlight and that has to be against a dark reflective surface. Other than that I like the sight a lot. For indoor use or night time use it can't be beat.

beware guys i ordered this and adjustment screw did not work putting poi a good foot and a half to high at 20 feet
horizontals changed fine but after a 1 mag had moved 2 inches not ideal if they have a replacement for me ill update review but as of now this thing is a POS dont waste yourmoney

Extremely Delicate Sighting Screws!! Caution!
I would handle the sighting screws as gently as possible -best if adjusted w/ the littlest movement required-sounds rediculous but when I got mine on target, the "click" on the windage screw was pretty much gone so I deemed it necessary to use "locktite" on that screw when I got the thing on target. It serves the purpose and stays on target but the sight adjustment screws are very delicate-it will serve the purpose for a "house gun" but that is pretty much it.I would rate this a very low "3"

Pretty nice for the price
I bought this as a gift. I installed it on my dad's Bersa, and the installation is quite simple. Seems to me that it will be very useful for low light conditions, when target aquisition can be much more difficult. We didn't get to the range yet, so I don't know how easy it is to sight it in, but overall, I think it is a decent product for the price.

Get out your Dremel Tool
It took about an hour of filing ang grinding to get the laser to fit the Bersa 380 Plus but, once that was done the assembly and calibration went well.
Pros: Works as advertised.
Cons: Did not fit out of the box.
