Most Helpful Positive Review Good product and great support from laserlyte!
My father-in-law already had one of these mounted on his Keltec. It works great and as it was also very inexpensive I ordered one to put on my same model Keltec. Out of the box all looked well and this is a very easy do-it-yourself mount if you have a minimal tool usage ability. Once on the weapon a...

Most Helpful Negative Review Eats batteries Like Crazy
Reviews were glowing, however I have found that the battery life, without laser activation, is less than 2 - 3 weeks. This sight is completely unreliable and it's going to be a big surprise when you pull the weapon and there's no laser :( Pros: easy to install, sight in and activate Cons: battey li...

Love the Laser - Hate the Battery Life

by Mike, from RI, United States Written on June 24, 2018
This little laser has worked great for over a year,. Now all of a sudden the batteries do not last more than a day or two, without even activating the laser? Tried (2) different 377 battery manufacturers in a week and same result each time?

Laserlyte - Awesome Company, Customer for Life!

by Tim, from TN, United States Written on April 1, 2016
I've got the Laserlyte CK_AMF - side mount for my Ruger LCP. Bought it at a gun show a couple years ago without noticing it was missing a screw on the battery cover. Laserlyte does not sell these screws on their website so I called their customer service number. Spoke to a real person with no wait. The girl only asked for my name and address and said she'd get them in the mail today (it's Friday 2:00pm). She said she's sending two in case I lose another one. I was also going to order replacement batteries (I accidentally left my laser on and killed the batteries), the girl said since she's sending me the screws, that she'd throw a package of batteries in too! This was all completely free of charge/free shipping - no questions asked! Awesome company!

Waste of Money

by PJ, from NJ, United States Written on August 14, 2015
Laser died within 2 months of purchase. Sent to Laserlyte for repair, returned unit battery cover does not fit well and batteries won't last more than 2 weeks. Look elsewhere to spend your hard earned money. Have Crimsom Trace on other gun and no issues to date.

Not "better than nothing"

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on November 10, 2013
+1 for loose battery cover.
Replaced the batteries, and this is still one dim laser. I can almost see it from 5 yards on a cloudy day at the range.

The point is, this laser just doesn't work well outdoors. Too bad - it's a neat idea, and fits the gun well.

Do not get lulled into a false sense of security by believing you will actually hit your target because you have a laser.

Even is this laser were green, or a higher intensity red, no sight will stop these pocket guns from jumping in your hand. Not exactly a small guy here and I have to reacquire my grip after pretty much every shot.

Practice your marksmenship - don't rely on a laser you might not see when you need it.
Pros: Easy enough to install
Cons: Dim

Not terrible, not great either.

All-in-all it's a good value for the money. It will work better for smaller hands than mine.
Pros: Reasonably priced, very easy to install.
Cons: ON-Off switch is not easy to engage while on target.

CK-AMF, Laserlyte Side Mount Laser Sight

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from AZ, United States Written on January 27, 2013
I bought this laser for my i.o. inc. Hellcat .380 gen 2. The pin placement to install the Laserlyte Side Mount Laser Sight is the same on the Ruger, Kel-Tec, and the Hellcat 380's. Crossbreed Holsters makes an IWB holster for the Hellcat with the Laserlyte Side Mount Laser Sight installed.
Pros: Looks and works great
Cons: None
