I bought 2 of the sights as I have 2 LCP's. They were both easy to install and adjust. The laser is not easy to see in bright light or from far away, but it is for a close quarters pistol for personal protection. I love both of mine and would recommend it to anyone.
Pros: the price, easy installment.
Cons: none
