This product was very easy to install. I really like how the controls work. Looks great on my shield. GripSense works better than I thought it would. I have had no problems with it doing exactly what I would expect. It's really cool too.

Will not fit LCP MAX

Will not fit the LCP MAX. Trigger guard too thick and has a different curve. You may get it to work if you are willing to grind the trigger guard on your gun. Will take some detailed gunsmithing. Better to wait until a unit come out made for the Ruger LCP Max.

  • well made product with a good clear beam of laser.
  • Aim shot makes a good product. Fits the standard LCP model but not the LCP MAX. DO NOT USE ON LCP MAX>

good product, battery door a little flimsy, but it works great, the battery life is good it has a decent brightness for close quarters, and the auto sense works great, all in all it's well made, I would buy it again

Great for shield MP compact. Excellent design and tech. Easy to assemble, excellent access to batteries, great design for auto on light, light with laser, or laser only. Fits perfect and not to heavy.

Great Laser Light combo

Perfect for my Ruger EC9S. Perfect it and easy to install. The Gripsense technology is perfect for this gun. Light and laser are both bright and function exactly as expected. You can’t go wrong with this product.

very nice laser

The LaserMax Centerfire Gripsense Green Light & Laser was easy to install and easy to sight in. It looks like it was manufactured as part of the pistol. The Gripsense feature makes acquiring your target very simple, especially in a tense situation. Optics Planet was a very fast shipper.

Fits perfectly

After getting something that said it would fit my gun and didn't, it was great to get something that actually did fit. Can't wait to try it out. If it says it fits your gun here it does. Easy to use left or right handed. Has a light with the laser also.

really cool unit!

I’m surprised that this unit doesn’t cost more with all the cool features. The light green (mint) light illuminates well without any white light glare. The grip sense works great. Allot of technology for the price.

Light/laser combo

I was surprised at how much larger it made my weapon look but, it does not add any weight, it is very responsive and fits perfect. My wife has a 9mm m&p shield and I have a .40 shield. One will fit either weapon because they are both built on the same frame. I bought two. It is simple enough to use that my wife knew nothing about it yet figured it out on her own. It is going to be a pleasure to shoot with this on my weapon.

  • Having difficulty finding a holster on line that will fit with it installed

Very responsive

Green laser is very bright, the light isn’t as bright as I was expecting but I used this on my Glock 43x and didn’t expect much for light. Perfect for defensive quick indexing. The grip sense is incredibly responsive and I’m happy with this purchase. Only downfall is you can’t find a lot of holsters for it other then crossbreed. Only reason it got a 4 star rating.

Light & Laser

Easy install. Light is bright and the green laser beam is awesome. Extremely easy to adjust laser sight. The light/ laser was installed onto a S&W Shield in 45 caliber. Only problem is can’t find a holster that will fit the pistol & light combo. I have to have a holster custom made.
