This is a 'must have' for the G42. And it isn't that much more expensive than other laser add-ons out there. The installation was very easy and the laser comes true to aim point. But more importantly, it doesn't add any bulk to an already small pistol, it's easy to operate, and you can still use your holster with it. While the Wolff guide rod spring looks much different, it works as intended and doesn't alter the operation in any way. A good amount of R&D went into this and it just works... very well.
