I bought this for a dedicated 22LR AR build for the boss to practice/train with. The stock fit the bill at a good price point. No issues what so ever with the quality, fit, or finish (actually better quality than military issue). We have changed the upper to 5.56 to verify operation of the buffer (no problems), but with the caveat she did not run more then a couple hundred rounds in this configuration. As said before the build is dedicated to a 22LR practice rifle. The stock does not have all the fancy granular adjustments of the high end stocks, but the idea was to emulate the boss's AR in 5.56 as close as possible. She is very happy with the build and this stock. What else can I say "Happy wife happy life".
