I like the pouch, it’s very durable and allows me to reconfigure my gear quickly for whatever training we might be doing. I’d recommend it and I’ll be getting more for myself. The large size I’d definitely large and takes up the width of my daypack and I’d say half of the depth, two pouches would take up the entire side of a day pack. I’m using it I. A hazard 4 pill pack for organizing gear I don’t want moving around a lot, the hazard pack has a nice wall for Velcro attachments such as the LBX pouch.
