Does what it's designed to do
The wedge does the job. The upper and lower are much tighter now. They're basically the exact same thing as the more expensive brand, so save some money and pick these up. Just be sure to shave it down to size.

Useless. Chinese
This item was not as described and when I figured out where it goes, it did not take the tiny bit of wobble out of the fit between upper and lower. Brownells has the directions and theirs is more, but made in the USA.

Cheapest Upgrade
I am a firm believer in the mantra “If it’s not tight, it’s not right”. I can’t stand a rattling rifle, these are a perfect solution to fix that. You may need to shave a few tenths for that perfect fit.

ar15 receiver wedge
Ive used this for sbout 2 months. I have noticed a big difference in the wiggle of my custom build. I did have to cut some of the bottom off for it to fit properly, no big deal. Sharp knife made easy clean work of it. Would recommend!

Leapers UTG Model 4/AR15 Receiver Wedge
The wedge fills the fire select gap created by some lower receivers. It looks to be a perfect fit for my issue.
