M1 carbine scope mount - Leapers UTG M1 Carbine Mount Complete w/ 1in Rings

I had to get a gunsmith to remove the rear sight and install the mount. Took my carbine to the range and after only 3 shots the scope and mount came off in my hands. The nut attached to the dovetail sleeve came off the sleeve. Sent it back and giving it one more shot. I may end up getting the mount that mounts/replaces the hand guard. it looks like it would be more secure.
Cons: scope fell off after 3rd shot
