I mounted a decent scope on my flat top AR. This riser is the perfect highth to get instant alignment. I work my rifle and it gets thumped around some. No loss of zero. A client spent hours shooting a BUNCH of different ARs set up ever which way. He chose my rifle as the most shootable. A2 solid stock, and this riser on the flat top. We are both big guys and the longer A2 with this riser is a good fit.
Pros: KISS Principal used by designers. SIMPLE, SOLID, Takes a lot of abuse.
Cons: Made in China, dammit! Also, some retailers charge up to $60 bucks for a $15 item.
