Look just like Vortex to me!

Very nice quality, good finish, super sturdy. Mounted on .338 Lapua 600 shots ago, nothing has shifted or come loose yet! Buying a second set for my 6.5 Creedmoor. Sat next to a guy with a Vortex scope and rings at the range one day and even he commented that our rings looked the same.
