Strikes out! - Leapers UTG Multipurpose LED Light w/ 400 Lumens

Received the UTG 400 lumens tactical light and was immediately disappointed after turning it on. The 400 lumens light has the same apparent brightness level as the 170 lumens light that it was slated to replace. Yet another issue with this product is the wide angle beam that doesn't focus the light, but instead distributes it over an area that is far too wide and not useful. When compared to 600 lumens tac lights like the Streamlight and Blackhawk!, it pales in comparison, so it is going right back for a refund. Major bummer...
