With the proper picatinny mount the light is easily mounted and works very well for shotgun mounted light. However, the adhesive velcro pads provided to mount the remote pressure switch do not adhere to the stock. Working to find a way to properly adhere this pressure switch.

This is a nice light for the price, hardware is rigid and construction is solid. Light is very bright, maybe not 400 lumens. Great for lighting up rooms, but I wouldn't recommend for big backyards (nothing over 15-20 yards). Light activation options are limited, it only works with the remote button depressed or with the screw cap fully tightened. There is no on/off switch. Works well with my applications as I like using the remote switch taped to the pistol grip on my shotgun.

Ordered this with no so high expectations due to the price.

More than happy with the light. Very well built, threads are fine and very smooth when opening either end.
Light will make you look the other way quick. Mount holds tight with three hex bolts. Everything in the box
to mount on a rail. Not a high end mount but more then enough to get the job done.

Mounted on my 9mm JRC for home defense.

The light and mount are very good. Sufficiently focused to put bright light on the center of field out 100 yards with enough peripheral light for target acquisition. The remote intermittent switch works well but the included Velcro fastener is puny/weak. Easily remedied. Good value.

When Leapers-UTG was not a household name yet at the "Tactical Community" I am and was their biggest FAN and follower but lately their products are not consistently been high quality and I am very dissapointed...this maybe the 3rd time I had to return their product because it would be defective or out right just would not work...DISSAPOINTING!!...or is it just because it's MADE IN CHINA??...:)

I bought this light for my home defense shotgun and primarily for indoor use. I'm very happy with it. Appears to be well made. I particularly liked the pressure switch setup. Brightness is good for indoor use but may not be enough for outdoor use.

I really like the consept of this light no (on switch/clicky) to fail just loosen 1/8 to 1/4 inch and it becomes a temp. on switch by metal end cap or center button turn it back 1/8 to 1/4 inch steady on not to hard nor takes much efert/time turn end cap 1/2 inch or so only the center button will activate light some claim that unless you unscrew the end cap to disengauge the battery most lights will still drain the battery on most lights with long storage not so with this as i said i really like this i have seveal streamlight but at 150.00 each hard to justify more than 2 650? lume one 775 lume? 500.00 plus WOW bought one each utg quick disconect one is not-- LOVED them one week later now have 4 of each long guns and shot guns are coverd for about 1/2 or less than 2 previos mentioned lights granted not no were nere as bright as most lights i have think over rated in lumns or maybe the way it throughs the light but does not seam as bright or through as far as my 350 lumn on sig/sau.witch is supose to be 350 lm. or stream/light i have those for hunting at long distance witch a adjustuble green laser blow all of them away for scopeing long range at night (blowes white lights away)and mine are adjustible windage/elev. but these as i said great for the sale price i got here at optics planet free shipping whats not to like ( no switch or fancy electronicks to fail you at a bad time ) witch is the point when mounted on a wepon also both come with remote switch if your into that as...

This tactical rifle light is high quality, easy to install and the 400 Lumens is very bright. This multipurpose light works & looks great on an AR-15. You have three options of light: constant on, push button on, and pressure switch. Light is a great value for the money.

I really love this light.It's so bright until it's scary !I've never had a light so bright. And the mount holds great and doesn't move a bit !One of the best purchases I've made ! I highly recommend this light 100% .

Solid construction at a great price is what truly makes this light. The three way switch options are great, although the constant pressure needed for the switch may deter some for weapon mounting purposes. It's also a bit long for some rifle projects so bare that in mind if you're building something close to a SBR/S.
