I like the design, its really robust and MOST features are easy to operate. Only 3 stars on this review due to the fact that 1 leg wouldn't automatically extend when the release was pressed. The tube had a bur on the inside I'm guessing from manufacturing. Got it to break free but it scored a mark down the side of the leg extension. Im not overly impressed spending $200 on a bipod and get that quality straight out of the box...

This bipod is affordable and substantial enough for stabilizing a large bore long gun. I was skeptical when I ordered it but upon arrival impressed with the heavy duty construction and quality. Adjustability on every axis is a bonus and when locked it stays locked even under substantial recoil.

Update on my crappy review. After a struggle they are sending another bipod. We'll see if I judged them too quick. I'm looking forward to see if it will hold up to the recoil. The adjustability makes the bipod desirable.

Bipod looks very sturdy. Now the bad news: Installed my Mlok adapter and mounted the bipod. Push in the leg release, one side no problem. On the other side pushed it in and when I let it go the button came off. Looks like it was never seated into the retainer slot. I cannot get it to go back on so I contacted UTG. Good Luck! I have now talked with 4 different rep's and never was told I needed photos and receipts to return a "lifetime" warranty product. One even suggested that I return it and they would do recoil test to see if it had been abused. Right out of box and put on the rifle is abuse I guess. I own quite a few other Leapers/ UTG products with no problems, but I'll never purchase another. I sent in pics and receipt today, lets see how long it takes to get an RMA and a returned new product. I bet Never! Should have bought an Accutac, but didn't want to wait 3 months to shoot my new $2500.00 338 Lapua.

the bipod looks like a perfect match for the rifle, as it shows many matching design characteristics. Unfortunately the bipod just has too much going on, and can not hold up to any use. Try to tighten the levers, and any actual force applied, causes the adjustments to strip. It might be able to hold the weight of most other firearms on the market, but not a armalite.
I still think the pod makes for a ascetically pleasing match for my rifle. Yet I will be forced to machine a mount that can utilize the tilt, but get rid of the swivel. It would also cut a half inch or better out of the height if the swivel feature was left off. Had the very same issue with another one of UTG pods, on a custom build rifle. They make good looking stuff. just pack too darn much in to everything. Sometimes less is more.

Savage 110BA Stealth Evolution .338 Lapua. This bipod is awesome, very solid and stable. Looks badass and meaty. The only complaint I have is the turret lock doesn't hold it steady, it just slows it a little bit. Other than that it is sweet. Bigger than I expected but nice.

Wow, just wow this thing is very well made for the price. It is smooth lighter than it looked and well made. Its new so I have no idea how it holds up after time but first impressions is its a winner.

I installed this on my 300WM RPR. My rifle would tip over very easily with the standard bi-pod but not with this bi-pod. Very functional and looks great on my rifle. Easy install. I love the foot pads.
