Great product for the price - Leapers UTG Heavy Duty Recon 360 Bipods

I purchased this bipod along with a handguard for my Ruger AR556. The bipod fits nicely and can quickly be removed. I really like the 5 leg positions. They lock in place nicely and I haven't had issues with them slipping when loading my shoulder weight into the butt stock. The 360 degree pivot is great especially for acquiring your target quickly. Another nice feature is the off set connection which allows for installation options. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars is because the vertical legs aren't spring loaded. They extend very easily by simply pulling on them. However, when you press the side button the legs don't automatically retract. To be honest, it's not really that big of a deal. If your weapon is resting on the bipod and you press the buttons the legs will retract due to the gravity weight. It's just a little cumbersome if you're holding the weapon because it takes two hands. Given this nuance and the price, I still recommend the product. I'll probably purchase it again or find a similar one for my Diamonback AR10 (keymod).
