The finger grooves force your hand to be parallel to the rifle. However, your arm is not so you must twist your wrist to fit your fingers in the grooves. The compartment door has no snap fit so it slides open on it's own. Can't trust to keep items in it.
Pros: Installs and holds well
Cons: doesn't fit the hand
