Perfect fit!
I spent a lot of time reviewing all the free float tubes available for my AR-10. This one seemed the best of them and it was more affordable than all the rest. The overall quality, fit and finish of this product begs the question: Why do the others charge so much for their products? Over the many years of my life I have noticed that the more expensive it is, the lower the quality it is. This is one of those products that proves my point. You won't be sorry if you buy one. My AR-10 proudly sports the UTG PRO 13" Super Slim Free Float Rail.
Nice Handguard bad nut
The UTG handguard itself is good ..the barrel nut would not screw on past maybe 4 threads. This was bought as a demo so no return to OP. Called UTG and their working on a replacement barrel nut.

Excellent quality, easy fitment
Bought to install on Rock River LAR-8, while not specifically noted as applicable by the manufacturer, knew that thread pattern was similar to the AR10. Fitment required trimming back barrel nut by .050" and adding shims to align handguard locking screws to perfectly mate the rails. Great fit and solid feel, yet system allows for easy removal if need be. I also like the fact that the handguard locking screws are countersuck and do not protrude on the handguard.

Free Float
I love it. It is a nice addition to my 308 and even though it only has one rail it does give you 2 other options for adding additional accessories which I do have and use. Or was it 3. Anyway it has what you need. Plus it is a free float which means it is more reliable when it comes to shooting because it's more reliable because there isn't anything resting on the barrel. I highly recommend.....
