It’s A5 length
This extension works for my intended purpose. I wanted to make my 9mm pcc softer shooting. This added I believe .75 inches to allow for a 4 inch hydraulic buffer with a .25 inch tungsten spacer weight. It’s A5 length for a fraction of the cost. Made in USA!

A5 for my Pcc build!
Everything fits perfectly needed the A5 buffer for my soft recoil AR9 works unbelievable good. Double taps even triple taps so smooth love it. Thank you.

Confirmed A5 Length tube
For those looking for a great deal on an A5 length tube, this is it. It measured a shade over 7.75 inches inside. Seems well made and fit my mil spec stock perfectly.

308 milspec buffer tube
This UTG Pro 308 buffer tube isn't flashy but it works and is priced right. I couldn't ask for more to complete a quality budget build.

able to use standard carbine buffer
Was looking for a .308 carbine buffer tube that I could use standard length buffers instead of the shortened buffer in a standard carbine buffer tube. I have several H2 buffers. This buffer tube is longer than a standard carbine buffer tube. Great for people with longer arms too. Six position adjustment. When stock is in shortest position there will be an inch or so of the buffer tube exposed.

worked well for my application
I used this to swap out the factory stock on an Armscor TM22 and dropped a Magpul CTR on it so I would have QD and more length. When fully exetended it gave me about an additional 3 inches over the fixed factory stock. That was exactly what I was after. So the little bit of extra length this stube had was just the ticket for my needs. Took about 10 minutes to install all the parts including a MVG and QD mount. Gun is much more conmfortable to shoulder and sight down now. This made a really good accurate little bargaain 22 a great little 22. If you want a bit more length this is just the thing. Nope I was not putting it on a 308 but it was perfect for my needs. The only neagative was that shipping was very slow and it took 10 days to arrive (from IL to TN that seems like a lot).

High quality, not much money.
Received a complete lower assembly from a seller, unfortunately it had installed a standard length extension tube and as a result the weapon would not feed. Ordered this tube due to its length 7.9 inches as opposed to the standard 7 inch length and upgraded the buffer spring that came with the lower with a JP buffer spring tuned for .308 use. Easy installation of the tube itself and the 6 positions are engaged by the butt stock securely and with no hassles. I was also gratified to see the "Made in the USA" label on the tube as well. UTG did a good job with this one, the rifle runs great.

.308 Extension Tube?
They sell this as a .308 ex tube, all tubes are the same as far as I could tell. Yes, mil spec and comm different, but .308 and AR15 same in every respect, after a check of both tubes. The only reason I bought this was, the price. Same finish, same construction standards and great product by UTG. I'm doing build for a customer and UTG are great product.
