I have purchased a 13" and a 10" rail for AR builds. I own several higher end brand rails also. These UTG rails are competitive with the higher end rails. The UTG are easy to install, lock up tight, have positive grip and so far have been durable. I have not had any issues with them. I have several hundred rounds so far on my 10" since it is my SHTF weapon.

Recently, in my search of short handguard (for 5" barrel) I have looked at many...from cheap to expensive ($250+). Then I stumbled onto this handguard. In summary its fantastic. It is super light, machining is execucted very well. It is especially evident around chamfered edges and machined slots on the pic rail. The handguard is also very very slim and makes it for a comfortable grip, yet its not slippery due to machined notches. The mounting system is very simple, and UTG includes everything one may need for quick and simple installation. The design of the handguard is very fluid and it has anti rotation tabs as part of it. It is very well done and does not seem like an after thought. It matches up perfectly to 2A armament Palouse Light receiver for a robust yet EXTREMELY light combination. UTG also included several very nice accessories with this handguard - m lock rail section, and m lock QD. Ultimately, this is a very nice handguard, It is made in US and all included accessories as well. Do not let the lower price sway you away from it.
