perfect fit

I was looking for a new handguard that I could use with a tripod clamping head. This is super light weight and comes with everything you need to replace the barrel nut, shims, screws and even a wrench to tighten barrel nut (armorers wrench also works). Will be ordering another similar for future build and for another ar10.

Utg super slim free float handguard

Put this on an anderson am 15 Fit perfect. Light weight looks and feels great. Very easy install. Purchased a low profile gas block with it Satisfied Flat dark earth matched great with the magpul furniture. Will be looking at other utg products in the future. Received in the mail 5 days after ordering. Thanks op. God bless America

Leapers UTG PRO AR Rifle-Length Free Float Handguard

This is a high quality product and a bargain at the price. Fit and finish is very good. Assembly is straight forward and includes barrel nut wrench. Upper rail lines up very good and is very rugged once assembled. This is my second one purchased and I am very pleased of the value. Also made in Livonia Michigan USA.

good quality light weight handguard, easy to install.i would have given it 5 stars but the side and bottom pic rail sections are proprietory and only have 2 slots. however there are multi slotted rail sections available.

Loose handguard

I've used these before but when it moves 1/8" left to right that effect accuracy alot so the screws are to small to handle much and im putting upgrading stronger handguard if you want heavy duty use find another rail. if for bench shooting that'll work fine.

UTG PRO AR15 SuperSlim Free Float Handguard

Another good product from Leapers/UTG,for I have several of their products. The flat dark earth color matches the Aero upper and the Magpul trigger guard, which are both in flat dark earth. Also, the 15 inch guard looks great on the 16.1 inch CMMG barrel from the .22LR AR15 kit I purchased from Optics Planet.Thank you.

a good product

I installed this rail with the provided barrel nut wrench without issue. I like how skinny and lightweight it is. I also like that I didn't have to line up the bolts with specific bolt holes like other brands. This is a good product and the price is right!

Small Problem

After an easy install I went to install my flash hider . The UTG Pro Handguard sticks over the upper receiver just enough to stop my clamshell block from closing. That made it hard to time my flash hider. You have to find an alternative method to hold your upper receiver while you time your flash hider or muzzle device.

  • Easy install and alignment
  • Great fit MP 15 Sport 300 blk 16 inch
Cons:
  • Interferes with upper receiver clamshell

Free float handguard

Well made. Fits. Has an included wrench as well as proper barrel nut. Easy install. Even comes with three picatinny short rails. Two extra screws to deal with the ones you drop under work bench. Looks great and does the job. Have not yet beat on it to determine ruggedness.
