Very good quality product
Excellent fit for Yugo N PAP M70 2 nd generation AK 47. Dead center for the scope/red dot. Just a little adjustment needed for the tension screw as per manual.

Will not fit a WASR 10
Will not remotely fit a Wasr 10 save your money and buy something better quality. Mount is way too tight. Also doesn't line up with the rear sight. Feels cheap. Waste of $50. The RS mount worked much better, also more expensive though, but at least it works.
Didn't Fit
Nothing wrong with the product EXCEPT it didn't fit my rifle. I have a PSA GF3, a very common US built AKM variant. Nothing in the Optics Planet catalog or Leapers website alerted me to the fact that PSA uses a rail that's different from the mainstream on AKs. I read in internet chatter that this was a running change by PSA for reasons unknown. Can't confirm. PSA's help desk dodged the question. What I'm sure of is it didn't fit.

Doesn't Fit
Nothing wrong with the product EXCEPT it would not fit my PSA GF3. Apparently certain PSA AK's have a different size rail than many/most AK"s. PSA is a big percentage of the AK market these days. It would be helpful if Leapers/Optics Planet would make it clear in the marketing description that this product is not universal fit..

QD Side mount
Hard to attach, it has to slide on from the rear so if you have a folding stock, no go.
The locking mechanism is subpar. When I finally got it locked in place I noticed that the entire mount could be moved, not enough or proper kind of material so the mount flexes when attached.

VSKA full size Draco, century arms

Noticeable Unaligned
PSA GF4. Fits the mount, but VERY off center compared to other mounts.

Good Rail, Just Didn't line up
This is a well-made side mounted rail. It was just too far right of center over the barrel for my particular rifle. I have an old single stack ZAP PAP with the UTG side adaptor. This went on the adaptor fine, very solid lock and unlock, etc. However, the Top Picatinny rail was too far to the right of center over the barrel. Too far to compensate using the optic. These side mounted rail companies should all follow RS Regulate (and others) method of a two-piece setup where you can adjust the position of the top rail to be centered over the barrel. This way the rail is useable by many, many different rifles and setups. Other than my particular rifle, this is a well-constructed mount that fit the UTG adaptor without issue.

Perfect mount for a fraction of the price
I'e used it for about 500 rounds shooting out to 150 yards. Its aligned perfectly above the barrel of my rifle.

Ak optic mount
I have not used the at the range yet. I just got a red dot put on the mount. As far as the mount goes it went right on the rifle with no modifications. Fits snug to the slide bracket already the rifle.
