Getting this makes you wonder why the other companies charge so much for theirs! This is a great value and is well made. I especially like the metal feet for field use. Those little rubber tips the other companies use don't do well in the dirt.. Do wish Leapers would offer this in a taller model...

Most Helpful Negative Review The good and the bad
All in all I liked the quality of the product. However, the length of the legs even when fully extended was not high enough for the my 30 round magazine in my AR-15 to clear the bench from which I was shooting. I ended up retuning it and exchanging it for another unit with higher legs.

I get some people CRINGE about UTG PRODUCTS but this bipods definitely worth the money mines mounted to my .308 AR, and have a 2nd one I use for sighting in my other rifles. Good solid construction. Im not paying anymore then this for a BIPOD. IT DOES THE JOB SIMPLY PUT.

Not a bad little bipod

OK, so it's not an Atlas or a Harris... It's under $40.00. It doesn't have a lot of height adjustment, so you won't be using it on the side of a hill. The adjustments are positive, but doesn't give you 45 to the front or the rear. That being said, it's well built, pretty light and pretty sturdy. Would recommend.

I was looking for a strong bipod for a new rifle build and also had to have a certain "vintage"look...this one fit perfectly and looks great! I would have paid more to get what I was looking for, but why when these have a great price point too!

Good bipod, adjustable height is a gimmick

The included Picatinny sling stud adapter is a great bonus, since these retail for 1/3rd the price of this bipod alone. Deployment/locking/etc are all robust mechanisms, although the height extension doesn't even seem worth the weight/complexity for only a half-inch. But the specs make that clear, so I can't complain.

I have several Leapers products, and they all offer great value. Priced like unbranded Chinese knock-offs, but quality closer to the big brands.

bipod stand

Very nice bipod everything you can ask for for the money can’t go wrong. It folds back to the handrail nice and still allows you to shoot with the bipod on with at least a 16 inch barrel at least but if you’re looking for a cheap stand that you’re just going to beat up here is your bipod

Mounts well

I put this on an AR and with the extra mount a bolt action 17 cal. it works well on both of these easy to attach.
switching from one to the other is a breeze. price was right and delivery
was on time. the product seems to be made well for my use.
