Very sturdy and comfortable. Mounts tight and molds around the hand guard making it very ergonomic and functional.

I love how it feels. Very comfertable this fits nice and easy. Very easy to put on all in all this was a great buy and inexpensive. This is great for how little realestate it takes up on the handguard.

I really like how these fit a slim handguard. The molding of the handstop fits right into the rail without a problem and it sits flush. Although this handstop is a little more bulky, it is a little more versatile than some of the other hand stops. Also, this has a small hole where you can pass a cable or 2 through for cable management.

This hand stop looks great in a pic but they really should show it on a firearm. It is so large that I do not own a firearm that this would fit on and not hang out over the edge of the flat rail surface that it is being attached to. Most bottom rails are between 5/8" and 1 and 1/4" wide This hand stop is 1 and 1/2" wide. Now it does seem that they may have intended this to be over-sized as it tapers up on the underside so it could angle into the side of the rail easier but unless the fit is perfect (maybe there is one firearm that this was fitted to) it leaves it fitting with gaps or it sticking out on both sides quite a bit. All in all just an awkward fit and nothing like a smooth fit or tight fit. I have never seen a larger one. I suspect they didn't show it on a weapon for that reason. I should have returned them but I did not so I have two in the packaging. DM me if you want one or both?

Great low profile barricade or hand stop. Amazing price. It is just the right size without being bulky or in the way. It is durable, lightweight and solid. Have not had an issue with it slipping at all. Great product, great design. Looks good on the gun, too.

I am a fan of Leapers UTG products. Have not yet bought this particular item, but I will. I was looking for an affordable hand stop for an upcoming 5.56 rifle purchase. Leapers UTG puts out high-quality stuff on a working man's budget. Some of the niche markets offer hand stops in the neighborhood of $25-$50.00. WTF!??? I get it: Some folks will charge what the market will bare, and God bless them. But if you are wondering about the quality of UTG products in general, I have input: Bought a UTG carry handle with A2 sighting system for a Colt M4 I just sold. It performed excellent, was as ever as reliable and tough as anything I was issued by Uncle Sam, and after sighting it in I was knocking them down at 300m just like the good 'ol days in the Army. Got tired of the Colt, sold it, and slapped the carry handle on a RIA 100VRBP bullpup shotgun (looks totally BOSS)! Then I needed a front sight post for the A2 sighting system because the crappy one that came with the shotgun did not co-witness. I took a bet on the "UTG Super Slim Fixed Low Profile Front Sight" (AR-15) and it worked out perfectly. Very happy. Does one actually *need* an A2 sighting system on a shotgun? No. But it looks cool and helps me zero in on 40-60m targets using slug and buck loads. Moving on.... Now that I am totally into bullpup platforms, I'll need a hand stop for my latest 5.56 venture. OK all you fan boys of the big names, you are not going to like what you read here. I know a lot of people turn their noses up at UTG/Leapers items but this hand stop is fantastic. The finish is flawless, it has minimal weight for its size, which is not overly large, is contoured nicely to keep it from digging into your hand during recoil, and is as well made as any I have examined, including the $50 big name hand stops. Spend the extra money if you want, but you are only paying for the name.

The UTG hand stop barricade rest attaches easily and fits the Midwest Industries G3 UL KM octagon shaped 8 sided handguard like it was made for it.
And the recoil I mentioned above, yes, an 8" .458 SOCOM SBR does recoil a bit with 525 gr. hard cast at 1300 fps, and with a 10.5 inch MI G3LWKM 8 sided handguard and MI flash can, the end of the handguard is only a quarter inch back from the muzzle. Putting your hand too far forward will ruin your day, and a blocky sharp-edged hand stop will equally make its impression if it gets slammed into your knuckles. The UTG Hand stop/barricade rest will prevent you from getting your fingers in front of the handguard, provides a good barricade rest, and will not cut/nick/bruise you if you are shooting with your hand up near it and shooting something that has a little more recoil than the 5.56.

I put this on a 5" handguard so that I would be sure not to have my hand get in front of the barrel.
It goes on easy and feels very secure. Comfortable when using.
I put it on a rifle to, just to see how it felt. Great for always having the same hand position and you can apply forward pressure to help stablize.

This item is great. You can put your hand against the flat side as a hand stop, or put your hand around the grip to use it as an angled grip. It looks great too. I'm really impressed with the Leapers UTG line of products.
