Barrel Mount
Mounted on a Rem 870 attached to the extended tube. Comes with various size screws. Nicely machined and light weight. It does the job, nothing fancy.

Mounted on the barrel behind the front sight on a Stevens 350 fits well with a compact light or laser. Measure the clearance before you buy. This fit perfectly.
