Good product.... but - Leatherman Tools Surge Multi Tool

I actually got sent the wrong item. I received a Surge, but it was supposed to come with a MOLLE pouch, and they shipped me the model without one.

I contacted customer service, and they diverted me to the Leatherman RMA program, which wasn't an appropriate response or solution.

Now, as for the product itself, it's quite wonderful and very useful. I have since acquired the standard snap pouch, and it's actually better than the MOLLE pouch.

I found the most useful tool to be the scissors, believe it or not, for various tasks. I sure wish they still had the micro driver attachment ro make the surge a more complete tool
