Most Helpful Positive Review Its THICK
Great hunting optic. Really thick highly visable mildot reticle lends itself to hunting larger game and its bright clear glass, good eye relief and broad field of view make it a really good scout rifle optic I think. Really simple and tough. *Not for the precision shooting PERIOD. Pros: great glass... really simple set up Cons: MilDot Reticle is too thick

Exactly perfect scope for the project at hand: a custom Remington 700 chambered in 9.3 x 62 for bear and other large game. Extraordinary clear optic - you can just "feel" the quality. I've used these scopes for many years without a single complaint. That says a lot!

Leatherwood, best scopes for your dollar

Glass is crystal clear. Reticle is a little large. Have not set it up for more than one barrel/load. Best scope you can buy for $119.00 and free shipping. I have had a few other brands, Simmons, Bushnell, Tasco (and after a few years of use, there adjustment knobs stop working). I'm now in the process of replacing them all with Leatherwood. Leatherwood makes the strongest, clearest scopes on the market. You can spend a lot more $, but you won't find a better value.

I like the quick ranging system and being able to flag different rang and windage settings. I have mine set up for 100 to 500 yards with the scope data out to 700yards. As long as you can do simple math and understand the concept of mils it is easy to set up.
Pros: marking 4 different ranges & windage settings
Cons: Needs better discription of mils and distance.

This is the best scope for the price that I have found for my scout rifle.
Pros: target turretts, simple and practical.
Cons: None so far
