Top angle focus assy fell off - Hi-Lux Optics Top Angle 4-16x50mm Rifle Scopes, 30mm Tube, Second Focal Plane (SFP)

Mine is the non lit reticle TP416x50MD --First- the finish is blotchy and inconsistent--shade to scope -the worst. Second- the knob screws are scratched up- like the tech was rough with it. Third the reticle is crowded at the cross hair and too thick. Fourth- the top angle focus assy completely came off-- NOT THE KNOB, but the whole assembly came off, leaving a hole with exposed gears. It looks like the screws are too short and it is held on with glue. The photos show the knob is not marked, never dropped or rough handled, this happened after only 40 rounds.
