I read alot about this scope befour buying. There is no advertising hype here!!! It works. If you have a muzzleloader and you shoot at longer ranges you need this scope.

short of being good
The glass is quite good, but the overall finish quality is so-so. The biggest issue is the short eye relief. It's more like 2 1/4" at best. You have to be careful not to get an eye full!

Owner of a HI-LUXX
I have a good selection of brands of muzzleloader scopes and can honestly report the HI-LUX is the one I like to use overall. It has very good glass, good field of view, and holds zero. My ---ONLY--- complaint is it doesn't go out to 300 yards. I haven't shot at a deer at that range, but I do like to target shoot at that distance.

This scope had all the features I was looking for, at a very competitive price. When I looked through it the first time, I knew it was the one. The resolution was very HD, even at dusk there was no issue. The BDC was pretty much right on. Fog was no problem, and while I was sighting it in the eye relief was great. The field view was nice particularly at the wider view(as I am often in thick timber. Great product and handsome on my stainless Knight muzzle loader. I like and can't wait for season to start.
