I use this flashlight as backup to my pelican 7060 and i really do like it. it comes with a belt clip that fits on my duty belt. It does get a little hot and it dies without warning(battery life is okay). I don't regret buying it.
Pros: rechargeable, small but bright
Cons: gets hot

#1 light never worked at all.
#2 light worked but shorted when shaken or moved quickly.
Pros: Good flashlight in theory
Cons: Neither of the two ordered work
Would recommend: Yes

Rechargeable is such a great feature and the light is awesome.
Pros: So far so good on charging and light is VERY bright.
Cons: Can take a while to figure out how to do light levels
