Lee Adjustable Charge Bar
When the Lee Auto-Disk Powder Measure just doesn't get you close enough, the adjustable charge bar should be the ticket. It allows for far more precision, but works better for larger powder drops than minute ones.

Good product, but could've been better
I bought this adjustable charge bar to replace the disks from LEE powder measure. This allows me to fine tune and/or change volume/powder weight without changing the disks, which means taking everything apart. So far, it's been great and convenient for me to load using titegroup. However, the reading is a bit hard to read exactly on this product. Therefore, getting to the exact point every time is a bit tricky, but close enough that the powder variation is usually larger (about 1-2/10 of a grain). Overall, I'm happy with this charge bar.
