Quick changes of dropped powder make load developement quick. Tension chain adjustment quick and easy but if you bump it you might loosen the tension and not reset the powder drop! Squib load coming up! Also adjustment of the rim belling could put you on the margin of consistent powder drops. I will stick with this and see if I can trust it but for now I'm watching it more intently than my development.
Pros:
  • quick hopper removal
  • quick changes of powder drop
  • may be metering more accurately than my scale
Cons:
  • quib risk by not resetting powder drop
  • speed risk due to adjustment of rim belling to minimum
