Most Helpful Positive Review Great time saver
This is a great primer . Simple to use . Simple to switch between large and small primers and fast and easy to load with primers . And there is no need for a primer tray as the lee primer magazine doubles as its own tray . Just jiggle and all the primers turn the correct way ! Another great lee pr...

Most Helpful Negative Review Do not buy
Bought one and you loose about four to five primers each time you use it. You have to always look how the primer feed into where the shell holder is, because the primers will go in upside down or on there side and you will crush them.

Easy-to-use

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Single feed primers until you get the feel for it, its increased leverage makes it easier to seat primers. It can be disassembled if you fall short of seating a primer completely.
Stay focused. Reloading is dangerous for people lacking the ability to concentrate or tend to be easily distracted.

Lee bench primer

by David Ross, Verified Owner from KY, United States Written on March 10, 2022
I use Redding,RCBS Lyman and Lee reloading tools and the Lee bench primer is so easy to use and very inexpensive I can prime more brass with this than I can a handheld in an hour's time However there are a few drawbacks you don't want to push down on the lever too hard because it is made of plastic on the push rod spring-loaded system and I have had to reorder them over the years but they're inexpensive as well but if you pay close attention to how you're working the product it works beautiful every time. The primer tray holds 100 primers perfectly.
Pros:
  • Inexpensive, and easy to install on your bench
Cons:
  • Some of the parts are plastic but it's so cheap to replace You might as well go ahead and buy this unit
Best Used for:
  • Large and small primer
