Best there is in this price range....
This is the third one of the VX-3s that I have purchased. The other two are 6.5-20x50. For about 10 years now I have been making a trip to South Dakota every year to hunt Prairie Dogs and for my money this is the best there is. I'm sure there may be more expensive European scopes available that may be slightly better but you can't go wrong with an American Made Leupold.

just like all the leupold scopes I own they are crystal clear at all magnifications, this scope has awesome quality and features for its price range and the price of 620$ from optics planet could not be beat, thanks optics planet

This is a Great Varmint/Target Scope
This is my second Leupold VX-3i 8.5-25x50 rifle scope. The first scope is mounted on a Sako A7 Varmint in .223 and the combination is a real tack driver producing consistent sub MOA groups at 100 to 200 yards. By sub MOA I'm talking about consistent 1/2 to 3/4 inch groups at 100 yds and 1 inch groups at 200 yds. anything over that is usually shooter error or poor factory loads. The scope is crisp and clear with a great reticle that is easy to read and easy on the eyes. I highly recommend this scope for anyone looking for a great target/varmint scope that won't break the bank.

The product was exactly what I ordered, but the whole 3 to 5 day delivery turned into a fiasco. The product shipped Fed Ex then went to USPS and wasn't delivered for 10 days. The pricing is usually good on the site and they handle current items.

Simply the Best
The bright, clear sight picture and high-quality internals make this the perfect tool for precision long-range shooting. Mounted this on a custom built Rem. 700 30-06 and, even on a bad day, am sending 1 MOA groups downrange. When quality matters, Leupold is the right choice.

VX 3i 50MM Lens
Quality throughout from fit and finish to clarity of view. This scope performs as intended. I have shot out to 500 yards to date and is extremely accurate. I have not yet received my turret from Leupold for my desired bullet weight but I am sure it will be fine. I would highly recommend this scope if you want to shoot long range.

Scope review
Great scope would have liked it if the rings were included. Controls were easy to use and figure out. Field of view is clear with no hazing around the edges. The scope was very simple to zero and has had no drift on my last few outings
