Before I bought this scope I asked Leupold how the scope worked. I was mislead in to thinking it was a night vision scope and the darker it becomes all you have do is turn up the illumination. Well, the reticle gets brighter but the target becomes impossible to see. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SCOPE. Its a hefty price to pay for a red dot. Although I must say the scope is well made.
