Pricey, but head and shoulders above the rest - Leupold Alumina Flipback Lens Cover

Despite the price (the only reason I would rate 4 rather than 5 stars) I've put these on 2 newer model Leupold scopes. My next Leupold scope is going to get a set as well. As the name implies these are aluminum construction, unlike all the similar-looking plastic flip-up scope covers. Also a step above the rest: magnetic latching. They screw onto the ends of the compatible Leupold scopes, and once tightened, they can be oriented with the hinge at 12:00. Closing and releasing (opening) is positive, and something that comes to be a solely tactile, muscle memory action while raising the rifle- no looking, no fumbling. Also, they match the lines and finish of the scope perfectly, are nicely branded, and look great.
