Very light and rugged, and exceptionally clear!
I believe the best design for a bino is the open hinge, and Leupold delivers with the BX-3. I'm able to get each hand around both barrels for the best stabilization possible. The center focus wheel is silky smooth, and the close focus might even be a little less than 7.5 ft! These have an aluminum body with a waterproof armor, and it makes them lighter than most binos in this price range. This is just about the starting price point for an exceptionally clear pair of binoculars, and the Leupold fully multi-coating ensures that you'll get your money's worth. The view is VERY crisp, and the coatings will cut down on glare, allowing the user to clearly view their area, even if they are looking towards the sun. Lastly, the Real Oak treestand finish covers the ENTIRETY of the product, even the eyecups! I have no problem recommending these for hunters or wildlife viewers in an more open setting, whereas the 8x magnified option would be better for users in a brushier setting. Leupold does not disappoint with the BX-3 Mojaves!

Great 10x42 Optics
These Leupold 10X42 Mojave binos are the best I've ever looked through (including some very nice European glass). They have similar quality performance of my beloved BX-2's...bright, very sharp with great resolution, excellent color and detailed low light vision, all with Edge to Edge clarity and great build quality. However, the BX-3's have additional silver enhanced coated roof prisms and in direct comparison, the BX-3's step it up a notch in every aspect, especially with their wider FOV over my BX-2's (60ft)! Leupold BX-3 Mojave 10x42mm Binoculars
Finally had a chance with our heavy winter, to get out and give these binos a look. They are extremely bright, clear, easy to carry and handle. Much better than a few other more expensive brands I was considering. Coupled with the great price from Optics Planet, who could ask for more.

Great Product
Great Optics Planet customer service and Leupold quality. My dad loved them for his Christmas present. I have not used them as they are his, but from holding them they are constructed from high quality material and seem like they are going to last him a very long time. The camouflage looks great on them also.

Great binoculars
The BX-3 is my favorite of the Leupold binoculars. I prefer them over the more expensive and heavier BX-4. I have the 8x and also the 10x-50mm. I did not care for the camo on the ones I bought (too much light color) and I found I much preferred the 10x-50mm. Still this is a fine pair of binoculars and you can always trust Leupold.

Leupold has good products
I'm very happy with the choice I made with these Leupold Mojave binoculars. Optics are one thing in life that you get what you pay for. These Mojaves are excellent quality for retailing around $550.00. OpticsPlanet had them on a Christmas time sale and I bought myself a Christmas gift. I think they are better quality than Nikon's Monarchs. I'm happy they are made in the USA. Everything I have purchased from Leupold has given me excellent service.

Mojave BX-3
Glass is super clear, easy to focus, and built sturdy. Looks like Leupold is upgrading these to the "pro" line. Shopped around and Optics Planet had the best price on these by a long shot. Best bang for the buck right now.

Great product
My first for Leupold optics. I've mostly had the Nikons or Bushnells in the past. Very high quality. Everything you could ask for in binos. Low light clarity is incredible. I use them for bird watching and hunting primarily. Focus is dead nuts too. For the price and compared to other brands at the same price I believe one is getting more for the buck with Leupolds.

Best I have had my hands on!
Easily the best optics I have ever owned. Very nice and compact which makes them easy to carry/wear. The clarity of this glass is the best I have seen but I did not do extensive research either. I just expected the normal Leupold quality and they nailed it again.

Leupold BX3 Mojave
I used these hunting and the optics were very clear and focus was precise. My last pair were much larger these are a good size and the open bridge contributes the ease of use. The attached lens covers are a plus.

Leupold Mohave
These are great binoculars,crystal clear,a reasonable weight, and a good value for the money.Was looking at 2 mature bald eagles yesterday and it was quite a show looking thru these excellenlt lenses.
