Great mount
This is the mount that Leupold should include with the DeltaPoint Pro but doesn’t—shame on you Leupold! They make you buy it as an accessory—what’s up with that!?! So, yes, I bought it, and, it works great! What did you expect? Leupold doesn’t make junk. I like it. Go buy it.

This is the only mount available to mount the Delta Point to a rail. I would have liked it better if it wasn't so heavy or so thick. It is well made but seems over built to mount the featherweight Delta Point Pro.

If you want to cowitness your iron sights with the matching Leupold red dot, use this base. I tried the Leupold scope that includes the "AR" base, and it was way too high. Returned it in exchange for this base. Works perfect. Full center cowitness.

LEUPOLD RED DOT RAIL MOUNT
Bought this mount for my CZ 22LR bolt action. I already had the EGW rail mounted. The Leupold red dot mount allowed me to add the Leupold red dot with a perfect fit.

Compatible with Romeo 1 Pro?
I purchased this mount last week along with the Sig Romeo 1 Pro after reading it shares the same footprint as the DPP. The R1P has arrived but the mount hasn’t yet and I’m curious about something. The R1P doesn’t have the correct cutout in the bottom unless you can remove the front pin in the mount to accommodate it. Is this possible without having to cut that front pin flush?

Leupold Delta point Pro Cross Slot Mount
This Leupold mount is solid. Not many mounts out there for the Deltapoint Pro. The cross slot works for Weaver and Picatinny rail. It Is a little thicker/higher than some mounts. It uses the attachment bolts that came with the DPP. The slot bolt screws into the slot and does no go through to the other side.

- not QD, keep the Torx tool handy

- Mounting low for rifle, shotgun, pretty much any rail

Sturdy mount
Works Well with a DeltaPoint red dot insert super low which makes for a really good view on the optic. Hardware seems good quality too with the screws and all it’s made with. Definitely would get another one
