Art's Review of Leupold DeltaPoint Reflex Sight Matte 7.5 MOA Dot
Mounted on S&W M&P C.O.R.E. 9mm 4.25 ported barrel. Failed during zero rounds at range intermittently, then failed completely. Sent back to Leupold, stay tuned. Also, the most unworkable "lock" system ever. To zero you must do the following:
1- lock the wind age & elevation with a torx wrench.
2- mount the sight on the gun.
3- Fire a group. Leupold warns Warning don't fire the gun unless locks are engaged
4- now, unmount the sight from the gun and unlock the windage & elevation. And adjust the w & e as per your group
5- guess how much to move the w&e, since there are no clicks in the screws
6- re lock the w&e, remount the sight on the gun and fire another group
7- repeat as needed til zeroed, and finally remount after locking, and hope it's still sighted in accurately.
