Rod's Review of Leupold Dual Dovetail DD Rings

If you care, some of the new ring sets are showing some unfinished machine marks on the upper ring halves, and recommend applying a small amount of grease around the ring lugs, to avoid potential galling. Set your rifle in a stable rest, tighten the rings, enough to accommodate a 1" or 30mm wooden dowel, to turn the rings into the bases.
