Just rimfire?? - Leupold FX-I Rimfire 4x28mm Rifle Scope, 1" Tube, Second Focal Plane (SFP)

With that being said this is far more than just a 'plinking' or a 'rimfire' scope. Put it on a slug gun, a big bore, any rifle, it will be able to take it. Too many people are getting caught up in magnification when this fixed 4 power will suffice perfectly. Check out your rifle's 200 yard zero given the bullet's ballistic coefficient i.e. 1.6" high at 100, dead on at 200, 4.1 low at 300, 8 low at 400. Mine all weigh 7.2 ounces, hold zero and take every complication out of having to mess with any scope settings. I know I'll have a good shot at any hunting distance by ranging and simply holding either a bit high or low or dead on. It's simple, rugged, lightweight, holds zero - its dependable and it's far more than just a rimfire scope.
