Great. I have same scope on another rifle and love it. One of the best scopes on the market today!! I have many scope from various manufacturers, I rate this scope on top or very close to the best. Great clarity at any power setting and easy adjustment while holding rifle in shooting position.

Leupold Mark 4 LR/T 8.5-25x50mm M1 Scope

I have owned Leupold MK4 scopes for years now, and have them mounted on several Remington 40X target rifles. One thing I have noticed is the reticle always appears sharp and seldom needs to be re-adjusted, unlike some of my other name brand scopes. These scopes have a very clear view with no barrel or pin-cushion distortion.

I also like the positive click adjustments and the larger single set screw for setting the adjustment knobs to zero.
Pros:
  • Very clear glass at all mag setting
Cons:
  • Price is a little high, but worth it.
Best Used for:
  • serious shooters

Leupold Mark 4

This is the second Mk. 4 scope i own & they're great scopes. I really like the TMR reticle. There may be scopes as good, but none of them are made in the USA! I've been buying Leupold scopes since 1975 & have never had one fail me or go bad, even though they do have a lifetime warranty. You can't go wrong with a Leupold scope!!

Accurate and Reliable medium to long range optic:

It's LEUPOLD military all over the world used this optic.. Battle tested.. I've own diff high end optics.. by far this LEUPOLD Mark 4 is far superior.. very tactical and very accurate, I grew up in 2nd focal place Mil dot reticle..easy to understand.. the clarity of the glass is comparable to my nightforce optics.. I can hit a very tight groupings @ 100 yards with this..I tried and tested this scope.. highly recommended..bottom line is: this optic is for Precision shooters...

Love this scope

Oh man looking on this scope is amazing you can see even from 500 yards a leaf so clearly , mark 4s is definitely one of the best scopes out there� Give it a two ���� up....the structure of this scope is really nice its not that bulky and proud that its made in US ...this scope will be a collectible item folks so buy one if you can...

unbeatable quality

The scope is very clear and seems to be great quality. I have a few Nightforce Scopes but they are very bulky and this scope is very compact and slim. I'm about to purchase another one for my 6.5. Great Scope!!!

Good medium to long range scope.

Good clear scope. Medium to long range. 200+ to 500, not as accurate past 500 yards but still good enough. I have this scope on my Nesika .338 Laupa. I have shot up to 800 yards of accuracy of 13 inches to center. This scope would be very good for the distance of a .308

One of the best scopes on the market.

This is the second one that I purchased, very happy with the quality and how and clear the the glass is.As member of a gun club and a f-class shooter and being able the compare other glass to this scope there is no question that the leupold mark 4 is one of the best, the viper vortex may be cheaper option but I would urge you to set alittle more aside for this scope you can tell a big difference at 800yds.Leupold is designed,built and assembled in the usa,leupold stands behind their products with the lifetime guarantee.

  • Long range target, hunting & varminting
